Client Registration

We are really pleased to announce we now welcoming clients from any area of Cornwall.

Please note that our out of hours provider is based in Summercourt just off the A30.

We are here for the individual family pets and therefore we do not register breeders.

Pre Registration form

For all new registrations please download and complete our pre registration form.

Please return completed forms in person or email hello@wavevets.co.uk

We will then contact you to make an initial health check appointment.

Our standard appointments are £49.50 or second opinions are £99.

Once you have had your initial assessment registration can be finalised.
