New registrations welcome
We aim to keep our prices in proportion to what it costs us to perform a procedure or provide a service. We try and keep these costs as low as possible for the quality being provided – which is helped by us not having shareholders.
What we don’t do is offer ‘loss leader’ procedures to lure in new clients, only to charge very high fees in cases of sickness, illness or injury. We think it is much better to charge a fair price across all our services and to help pets access care whilst ensuring owners do not incur any nasty cost surprises.
We strongly advise clients to take out pet insurance as even though we try to be careful with your money, veterinary care can still be expensive. Every poorly pet is different. Sometime we spot the problem with one test,, others take lots, like blood samples, ultrasound scans, xrays, biopsies etc and costs can vary from £100s to £1000s. Sometimes thing are so unusual , we need to refer you to a specialist centre!
To keep our costs as realistic as possible we always ask for payment at the time of treatment and cannot offer payment plans. Insurance claims can only be made directly if we have received pre-authourisation from your insurer so we know who's paying what.
We are here to support you, the individual pet owner but we do not register breeders or owners with pregnant bitches.
