Register your Pets with Wave Vets
How registration works
1. Tell us about you and your pets
Either complete our online pre-registration form, download and complete our registration form or pop in to our Wadebridge clinic for a hard copy if you prefer. If your pet is unwell or you have any questions, call us first on 01208 812099 so we can support you.
2. We'll set up your pet' records
We will contact your previous vets to get your pet's full clinical history for us to review to ensure continuity of care. You will need to give your previous vets consent to send your history across.
3. Come and meet us!
Once we've received your records, we can help you arrange your pet's first health check appointment to complete your registration and welcome you to Wave Vets.
