How Registration Works
We proudly serve clients and their pets from all across Cornwall, including those visiting on holiday. Switching to Wave Vets is a breeze, and we look forward to meeting you!
1. Tell us about you and your pets
To get started with your registration, please either fill out our online registration form, download and complete our registration form, or visit our Wadebridge clinic for a hard copy if you prefer. If your pet is unwell or if you have any questions regarding our veterinary services in Cornwall, don’t hesitate to call us at 01208 812099 so we can assist you.
2. We'll set up your pet's records
We will reach out to your previous vets to obtain your pet's full clinical history for us to review, ensuring continuity of care. For this, you will need to provide consent to your previous vets to send your history over to us.
3. Come and meet us!
After we receive your records, we will help you schedule your pet's first health check appointment to complete your client registration process and warmly welcome you to Wave Vets.
