A more proactive, preventive approach to your pet’s healthcare is at the core of our practice ethos. That’s why, when we designed our healthcare plan, we decided that offering complete peace-of-mind was our most important priority.
By including up to 12 vet consultations we hope to offer reassurance that getting your pets the very best of care is just a phone call away at no extra cost.
By joining our membership, you spread the cost of routine treatments such as vaccinations, flea and worming prevention over the year. Our prevention plans aren't "one size fits all" and are tailored with your pet's best interests in mind including the highest quality products which we use for our own pets.

Monthly Premium Prescription Only Parasite Control to suit your pets lifestyle including, fleas, ticks, mites, roundworms, tapeworms & lungworm as required
Up to 12 Routine Veterinary Consults Per Year and Unlimited Nurse Consults. (Excludes home and emergency consultations)

The difference between The Wavers Club membership and pet insurance, and why you need both.
The Wavers Club focuses on preventative healthcare and has been carefully designed to help your pet have a healthy, happy life.
Pet insurance, on the other hand, provides financial cover for unforeseen illness and accidents – although it is important to note that the level of cover provided by different insurers / policies can vary enormously.
Preventative healthcare includes vaccinations, parasite prevention, regular health checks and other services intended to prevent illness or to detect potential issues before your pet suffers any discomfort.
Pet insurance covers unexpected events, similar to a car insurance policy.
Unlike car insurance, however, 90% of pet insurance claims are for illness as opposed to accident†. Data also shows you are more likely to claim on your pet insurance than your car or household insurance††.
As a Wavers Club member, your pet will be regularly examined by one of our vets or veterinary nurses.
This maximises the opportunities for early diagnosis and treatment of conditions which might affect your pet’s health and gives the best chance of a positive outcome.
Therfore we strongly recommend that responsible pet owners combine Wavers Club Membership with a pet insurance policy.
